Very basic hotel, main draw back the tiny narrow single beds. But worked well as a single night stay. Large (relatively cheap) car park across the street. Part of town not great, but within 5 minutes walk you are in the main historic part.

We were greeted outside by a friendly welcoming member of staff with guidance on how to reach the hotel car parking. The room was basic but clean with plentiful of hot water. All staff were polite and helpful. Great stay

The room was pretty big and with a minikitchen, the bed was comfortable, wifi worked great, there was a free coffee/tea and apples in a common area, friendly staff, most of whom spoke very good English. The location was walkable and quiet, except on Friday evening, when a bar nearby had loud boom-boom music outside. Importantly, I couldn’t hear the other guests. Absolutely recommend!

We arrived late at night and the electricity was off due to works going on over-night. Besides that, everything was fine and the price was good. There is paid parking across the street from the hotel.

The hotel is quite average. It needs renovation, espcially the carpets in the rooms. There was also a sewage smell in our room the whole time! On the upside, the hotel staff were nice and courteous. The breakfast buffet was also decent.

This is a nice little hotel a quick walk to old town which I like because it’s a quieter area. Parking across the street was very convenient and the hotel gives a discounted rate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only small issue was that our floor’s hallway had a not to pleasant odor….but it didn’t affect our room so not a huge deal. Elevators are tiny but that seems to be the norm in France.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des hôtesses d'accueil et de la personne en charge de la salle de petits déjeuners. Petit déjeuner complet et dans la moyenne haute de cette catégorie d'étoiles. Cependant et selon moi, une meilleure qualité de jambon blanc serait la bienvenue car celle proposée le jour de notre séjour était vraiment du "1er prix" . Devant revenir à Chambéry, nous pensons revenir dans ce même établissement. Petit bémol : À la consultation d'Hotel.com la chambre était affichée à 74€ mais au paiement sur place le tarif était de 90 € (?)
