very helpful staff, comfortable room, great location and a good price a little bit of refurbishment going on at the time of booking (20th to the 22nd of june) so a little bit of construction noise at the time, but as we werent staying in the room all day, it was no bother enjoyed the breakfast ( normal hotel breakfast buffet so combination of "full english" and contiental) would stay again

From the moment I entered the foyer to the moment I handed my card back I felt completely comfortable and well looked after by the staff.
