Best price/quality out of 5 hotels I stayed in during my trip to Japan. Super convinient location just above a subway station, staff speaks English and has a real breakfast buffet with a ton of options from desserts, juice and coffee bar, japanese dishes (even ramen and curry, tonkatsu, etc, other hotels I stayed at had a 3 dish "buffets"), fruit , waffles, etc.

Very good hotel. Great service. Staff even helped me to call a restaurant to cancel a dinner reservation. I would have given 5 stars for comfort, but, didn't have blackout curtains. Overall, excellent.

Amazing view from the room that was really pretty at night! Our beds were comfortable and were some of our best rests in Japan. Very convenient location with easy train access and walking to Dountonbori

Awesome Stay.

Awesome stay. Front desk helped with making a reservation for dinner. This was great as well as information on getting bus limousines by OCAT next door. The underground Namba walk was a cool experience. Next door downstairs had a supermarket that provided groceries at a good price. I highly recommend staying here. Very convenient to train stations and easy walk to shopping areas close by.
