Disappointing

When we arrive the hotel the air condition in the dinning room wasn't work, we ask to turn it on but we got an answer it doesn't work. Rooms design are very old, mattress are very hard, bath border very high - doesn't comfort for disable peoples. When we needed to checkout the reception ask us to pay 20euro per towel card we lost, after ask him to check all towels are in the room, he said this is the policy - so I pay since we needed to go. My friend doesn't give the all cards and he didn't asked to pay. This was the bottom line from point of view of how service shouldn't look like. Disappointing.

We stayed for 5 nights as a family with two little children. the room was spacious and comfy with good a/c. Location was good and the view on pool and sea was fantastic. The hotel has a nice kids play zone and also a teenagers zone for interaction and activities where dedicated babysitters take care of kids and organize different activities for them. Also, two pools for kids make a nice variation. However, the hotel is very noisy and crowded, and their taste in music is very bad, no lounge ambient music, just loud beats and drumming like crazy most of the times. At any meal time you have to wait in long lines to get a couple of slices of pizza. Food was average with low to medium quality. Lots of drinks. After dinner they organize disco party for kids!!! which continue for an hour till 9pm, and then there is adult shows (which in my opinion are not suitable for little kids) and they stay until 11pm, and after that the loud noisy partying continues for disco and beat dancing until midnight. Such environment is not suitable for infants or kids below 12y.o. In fact this routine had destroyed our family habit of organized early sleep at 9pm for our kids to a degree when we went home it was hard to go back on track with our kids. So, my recommendation: if you love the noisy and all-time bustling and loud environment then the hotel is super, otherwise, you may want to stay away from it.

Oteli fiyat performans acısından değerlendirirken iyi bir hotel. Lakin ucuz kaliteli turistler ve özellikle çok fazla yerli turist olması maalesef sıkıntılı bir durum. Konuşmayı dahi beceremeyen bir sürü tipler yemek,asansör vb.sıralarda önünüze geçip sırayı işgal ediyorlar ve saygısızca hareketler sergiliyorlar. Buna benzer bir sürü olay tatil için geldiğinizde yerde aksine stres yaşamanıza neden oluyor. Hotelin hem avantajları hemde dezavantajları var. Avantajlar : resorantlar, sahil şezlonglar, açık havuz ve bütün tesis imkanları çok kısa sürede ulaşma mesafesinde.yemek çeşitliliği yeterli, personel son derece kibar ve yardımsever,klimalar,banyo malzemeri son derece sağlıklı çalışıyor. Dezavantajları: yemek çeşitliliği ne kadar yeterli olsada çok az bir yemek grubundan lezzet alabildik. İçecekler aşırı şekilde şekerli ( Türkiye ile alakalı bir durum sanırım) içecekler orijinal şeker olmayınca ilaç tadı gibi geliyor.Havuz başında herkes havlusunu atıp yada yemek masallarına eşya bırakıp işgaliye yapıyorlar.Otel yerleşkesinde yeşil alan çok az denecek kadar var. Denizde yaklaşık 1 hafta süren dalgalanmalardan dolayı pet şişeler, plastik bardaklar,poşetler ve hatta medikal eldiven dahi vardı ama herhangi bir kıyı temizliği yapılmadı. Oda duvarları yeterli derecede izole edilmemiş olacak ki yan odadaki gürültü yalanların yüzünden bazı günler uyumakta zorlandık. Rezervasyon sırasında yaşadığım bir sıkıntıyla ilgili bana çok yardımcı olan Sinem hanıma yürekten teşekkür ederim

Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotel.

7 dagar på semester med familjen, samma mat varje dag, ingen på hotellet kan knappt engelska så kommunikationen är total kass. Pool området är bra. Bra för barn. Otrevlig personal. Man fick absolut ingen info vid check in. Långa köer när man ska hämta mat.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the 5-star rating. The room cleaning was far below expectations. Despite being advertised as a luxury hotel, the housekeeping was inconsistent and often incomplete. The minibar, which was supposed to be restocked daily and included in the price, was never refilled during our stay. Even after reporting this issue to the manager, nothing changed, and no action was taken to improve the situation. The restaurant was also not up to standard – cleanliness was lacking, and the buffet area often looked untidy and poorly maintained. It’s a shame, because the hotel has potential with a good location and polite reception staff. But the poor service and lack of response to complaints made the stay disappointing. Definitely not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

Dårlig service og rengøring men fine aktiviteter

Rengøringen og servicen var dårlig. Værelserne havde samlet støv under sengene og vi fik et beskidt håndklæde. Derudover bad vi receptionisten flere gange om at gøre vores værelse rent, men det blev ikke gjort.

Meget fornøyd med oppholdet. Mye støy fra trafikken utenfor hotellet, anbefaler å velge rom med sjøutsikt, men da er det støy fra musikk og gjester. Renholdet burde vært bedre på 5 stjerners hotell. God mat og god drikke for voksne og barn. Alt i alt en bra opplevelse men forventet litt mer av 5 stjerners hotell

Okay hotel men dårlig mad.

Det samme mad hver eneste dag i 7 dage, meget få udskiftninger af mad og ikke så stort udvalg. Man skulle stå meget i kø da der var flere steder hvor de kun gav mad. Personale havde super DÅRLIG hygiejne. Handsker på men brugte de samme i 2-3 timer og tog hænder i lommer og buksekant. Skifter aldrig skeer ud til at tage mad med. Selve værelserne var store og gode men ærgerlige at altan dør slet ikke er lydtæt så man høre alt larm fra gaden og biler hele natten. En masse liggestole i forhold til andre hoteller, men man skulle stadig stå tidligt op for at få plads. Ved stranden var der flere.

Hotelli on iso ja mukavasti mietitty erilaiset paikat ja mahdollisuudet uimiseen ja auringonottoon. Huonesiivous toimii kohtalaisesti. Hotellin vastaanotossa oli yksi miellyttävä asiakaspalvelija, muut ammattitaidottomia. Ruoka oli hyvää, mutta oli järkyttävää nähdä, miten paljon esimerkiksi venäläiset aiheuttivat ruokahävikkiä.

2025 yılında klima hizmeti alamadık.

16-19 mayıs tarihleri arasında 3 gün konakladığımız otelde hizmet açısından büyük sıkıntılar yaşadık. Odamız en üst katta olduğu sıcaktı ve klimamız soğutmuyordu. Resepsiyonu defalarca aramamıza rağmen teknik ekip yönlendirmediler. En son kendim gitmek zorunda kaldım resepsiyona. Sonunda bir teknik ekip personeliyle odaya çıkıp durumu anlattım. Teknik ekip, odanın klimasının merkezden sıcağa ayarlı olduğunu yazlımsal olarak bu durumu düzeltemeyeceklerini söylediler. Resepsiyona gidip durumu anlatıp oda değişikliği talebinde buldum. Boş odalarının bulunmadığını yarın klima yazılımcılarının gelip durumu düzelteceklerini söylediler. Fakat konaklama sürecimiz boyunca resepsiyonu tekrar tekrar aramıza rağmen geciştirme cevaplarla bizi oyaladılar. 2 yaşındaki çocuğumuzla sıcaktan rezil olduk. 5 yıldızlı otelde klima gibi temel ihtiyacı bile karşılayamayan bir otelin varlığına tanık olduk.

Im Großen und Ganzen gefiel mir das Hotel mit deren Gerichten und das ganze Hotelkomplex, die Möglichkeiten der Aktivitäten. Mir gefiel leider die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs nicht, da sie meisten verfleckt waren. Ich würde dennoch wieder kommen

1. es gibt kaum Auswahl beim Essen, jeden Tag das gleiche, man muss sich überall anstellen und man kann sich nicht selber bedienen sondern die Mitarbeiter geben das Essen auf den Teller und Qualität vom Essen ist nicht gut. 2. die Zimmer werden nicht geputzt, es werden nur neue Handtücher hingelegt und die Decke auf dem Bett wird zusammengelegt und die Mülleimer werden ausgeleert, mein Kissen wurde nichteinmal aufgeschlagen es lag noch immer gleich eingerückt dort wie ich mein Zimmer verlassen habe, am Nachttisch und Kommode waren leere Wasserflaschen und diese wurden einfach dort gelassen, die Oberflächen und Waschbecken werden nicht geputzt, ich habe in 2 Wochen kein einziges mal neue Bettwäsche bekommen. 3. die Massage Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr aufdringlich und wollen einem etwas andrehen. 4. es gibt einen Strand Bereich für Erwachsene und dort steht ein Security Mitarbeiter damit keine Kinder dorthin gehen, dieser Mitarbeiter macht seinen Job nicht, auch wenn er sieht dass die Kinder auf diesen Strand Bereich gehen macht er nichts dagegen, man muss extra zu ihm hingehen und ihn darauf aufmerksam dass er seinen Job machen soll und die Kinder wegschicken soll. 5. die Musik ist sehr laut von Vormittag bis in die Nacht. 6. die Leute reservieren die Liegen schon ab 6 Uhr in der Früh und ab 7-8 Uhr gibt es keine freien Liegen mehr. Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert.
