The hotel was near the Cathedral. There were also many restaurants near by. There was a fun bar with live music on Friday night. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. There are better options in Morelia I had paid the one night stay via Hotels.com However, the clerk insisted they had no record of my payment. Would never again stay in this hotel.

My main issue/complaint is that we paid extra for a terrace and I asked for a covering/umbrella over the table because it was so hot and during the day without an umbrella, we couldn’t enjoy being outside on the terrace. I was told they’d checkinto it and they never got back to me. I paid extra for aTerrace in vain. My son, Jason Soria also paid extra

Unfortunately, our family did experience a hiccup with staff and handling of our property. My mother had her property damaged by staff and when it was brought to the management attention he and the staff did not accept any responsibility for the damaged property, furthermore was very condescending stating “It was your choice to stay here.” Management refused to compensate my mother for her damaged property. This experience was disappointing.
