Horrible hotel. Window slats were broken off, no deciding door from the room. Temperature was horrible. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Water didn't get hot. Kitchen was nasty. I booked a week here. I ended up leaving the first day and get a better hotel. This place is a dump. Nothing like the pictures at all.

Good place and good price. The pool was nice. A bit of an older standard but the people were nice and overall it was a good place to stay. Near the train so easy to get to downtown Tempe.

I checked in and the guy said I was not in the system I had to show him my reservation on my phone, then he gave me a room that was way too hot and the little ac that was there was not enough in this Arizona heat, last time coming here no matter how cheap it is!

Great stay for the price

For an inexpensive hotel, it was well worth it. I found the bed to be very clean. I inspected the sheets well and looks great. The room and bathroom was well cleaned the air conditioner ran great considering it was hot outside and the shower hot water was great also. I definitely stay here again.
