Great hotel - very tech oriented but easy to adjust to. Small but smartly appointed rooms that were super clean and comfortable. Lots of space in the lobby area to lounge or get food and drink at their well-stocked bar. Great location for Back Bay Boston. Everything easily accessible from hotel by walking or by train.

It was a great first experience staying at a citizenM. Personally, it’s a little difficult to get adjusted to as someone in their 60s. It wasn’t so much the electronics as the size for me, but I could see elderly people having a difficult time adjusting to such a room. The hotel was amazing.

Feel relaxed and a bit more hip after my stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here, it's a cool relaxed, arty and non-fussy vibe. OK rooms are compact but clean and well designed and lounge/bar/reception is a relaxed and pleasant area to chill, work or otherwise hang out. Great location in Back Bay across from MBTA station and short walk to Logan Express bus stop (it's free from outside terminal and a cheap ticket to go back).

Different type of vibe in this modern day hotel Every thing was great. Room very small but perfect for use. Bed was very comfortable but against window were we had to climb over each other during the night. It was a fun experience at that.

Great stay in the Back Bay area

Fab stay at CitizenM Boston Back Bay. Amazing welcome and great room concept which worked well for us (a couple) for a few nights. Loved the light bright rooms and the huge window with some great views over the city. The housekeeping was also great while we were there. Enjoyed the social lounges and outside terraces as well. Location worked well for us, would use again and would also look at CitizenM options in other cities in the future.
