All that you could expect from a fairly new luxury hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. Courteous and attentive staff, excellent room with balcony, well stocked bathroom amenities, and a delicious room service menu - highly recommend the club sandwich and the haggis bites. From the second you walk into the hotel the staff are incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Nothing was an issue for anyone and check in/out was seamless. The hotel oozes class with the rooms all modern and the on site facilities are fantastic. There is a selection of different cuisines on offer from the hotel restaurants and the roof top is not to be missed. We can’t wait to come back and fully experience the away spa and will definitely stay for more than one night.
