Online booking wasn’t working properly, I did receive a call from Motel as to issues. Check in was quick & easy, the room probably needed to be aired out prior to arrival curtains closed no windows open, the bed was very uncomfortable these are small things and saying that I might return, the Internet didn’t work properly where our room was situated. The restaurant food and staff were excellent & very accommodating was a nice way to end the day very relaxing.

Was vey spacious and staff were friendly. What we didn't like was the doors at the back side we couldn't lock and when we tried to contact the reception no answer. Should look into it and fix it.The wrench slider door lock was not working.

my partner has bot bed bug bites all over her,the bathroom was the dirtiest ive ever come across .had towel on floor and slid it around toilet area and around shower the white towel turned black.

The room had so much disinfectant smell that I had to leave the door open for an hour and an half to clear the air. Discovered after 5pm that I needed to go to the office to get password etc to use wifi ,but office was closed. Why is the wifi codes not supplied in the room or when you arrive.

Staff was really really friendly and welcoming, had a great experience from the moment we checked in. Things that could be improved: - The wifi was quite bad at connecting to our devices as well as the TV. The TV had sky but limited channels - for example there were no available movie channels. - There was a musty smell when we first entered the room, it smelt like the vacuum was either full or not cleaned properly. - The bathroom had a lingering sewage smell, not overly smelly but not pleasant. - There was hair left in the spa bath/shower before we had used it. - Dusty skirting boards and furniture, after a little wipe down it was fine. We still had a great experience at this motel and the staff were absolutely lovely! If I was just rating the service from the staff it would be 5 stars but this my honest review. -
