Pink experience

We stayed for 2 nights at the Oaks Hotel for the Pink concert on Friday. It was not only the cheapest in town, the location was perfect as the country bank stadium was within walking distance and a short drive from the train station. From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Friendly staff, the double bed was comfortable, cold a/c, clean linen & stunning view. Will definitely be staying here again when I'm back for a cowboys game.

Confortable yet odd stay

The room was.large and comfortable with a king size comfortable bed. Not a bad location and free car parking underneath hotel was great. However, this was a strange experience. Half the people here live in the block which leads to loud parties, chats that are easily heard through the thin walls. Also the residents seem to resent the hotel guests. Cleanliness not great. The fridge was rusty. Why leave a rusty fridge in the room, very odd. So, whilst a comfortable stay, it was odd and wouldnt stay again

For what we paid we expected better. Bathroom was mouldy around the shower screen, Exhaust fan didn,t work. Pool and spa were not clean. Slightly green. Housekeeping came into room when DO NOT DISTURB was on the door
