The location is great, at the heart of Izmir. The staff super friendly and helpful, they were there when I arrived at 2 am, took my luggage to the room and didn't bother even though my card didn't process the payment. I paid next morning. Free coffee and tea is available in the lounge all day, a small cosy restaurant with a table just at the door of the second entrance. Will definitely stay there again.

Right from the moment we arrived,which was 9.pm we were met by reception and parking valet. Our luggage was taken to the receptionist. He was very helpful and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Big enough considering we were only staying for a few days. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from before setting off for the day. Basically every time I come to Izmir I stay at the Park Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and always in a good condition, the staff is friendly and the breakfast very good. The location is still good. The hotel is very close to the Culture Park for sport activities. Alsancak or Kemeralti are within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was within walking distance of the bazaar, a traditional Hamam, ruins of an Agora and some very good restaurants. Buffet breakfast offered a variety of traditional Turkish foods. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was on the small side and nothing fancy but if you want something more spacious be sure to pick a larger room and not the economy rooms that are very small and have tiny windows. Overall we were satisfied with our 3 days here.
