Lacking on so many areas
This was under all expectations. The service is seriously terrible. It hurts to say, especially with an all inclusive 5-star hotel where you depend a lot on the staff and expect good treatment. Many of them are rude, slow, unexperienced and it just gives off an unserious vibe. You have to compensate yourself for their lack of interest. The waitors, bartenders and lobby staff are just not good enough. It is just so, so slow. Their a la carte restaurant was low low level (the only positive there was the asian waitress who was very nice and tried her best to give us a good dinner. You could tell she cared for the guest, it was good to see). The view and beach was nice. The room was clean, although poorly isolated. There is a smell of sewers throughout the whole hotel, it sort of comes and goes. You get almost no info about the hotel at arrival, they expect you to download their app and learn everything yourself. For the price, you expect a lot better service. Also, they were out of beach towels EVERY DAY, we had to reuse our towels several days. This is embarrasing for a hotel with this price and rating. Silcerely, we are dissapointed and do not recommend this place.
