Ok hotel, nice and clean.

Nice and clean hotel but wouldn’t recommend for a relaxing holiday. Full of young people screaming and playing their own music each day by the pool, followed by knock door run at night. Food was ok, nothing special but plenty of choice. Drinks were ok but again cocktails as part of the all inclusive package were rubbish.

This place is perfect for people in their late teens and early twenties. I would recommend it to anyone in that age group it’s perfect! But I’m not that age group so it wasn’t for me. It’s a really cool hotel with a gym, barber, close to the day clubs, restaurants, beach. I’m in my mid 30s and this was not my crowd. It’s a cute place though would say it’s a 3.5 cool vibes.

I don't understand why this hotel rate is low?🤔 hotel have great location, room are modern vel designed and clean. Nice sweeming pool area with planty of sun beds where sun is all day. Food is good and tasty but is not 'micheline" restaurant. Smal minus is doors to rooms are not soundproof so you can here everything from corridor.

Overall the hotel is nice. But sadly not an adults only as advertised. When I arrived at check in, which took half an hour to queue, I was welcomed by 100-150 children staying at the hotel for a sports event. This ruined the whole experience. Other children were also present so it’s definitely not an adults only if you want that.

Nice big hotel in centre of Sanantoni. Hotel is after refurbishment last year vel designed, Room are modern and clean but for me single room is really small but can't complain for one person is enough. Nice pool with planty of sun bed, jacuzzi is also nice. Food is good but is not a "MICHELIN" restaurant. All-inclusive drinks are ok, but for me the best was Sangria and Estrella beer. Small issue is doore to room are not soundproof so you can hear everything from corridor.

Security error

We were woken at 5:30am on our final night by a man bursting into our room, and attempting to climb into bed with me. My terrified screaming and kicking didn’t deter him, and my partner struggled to wrestle him into the hallway before barricading us in. We obviously didn’t get any additional sleep before our early flight home. The doors close and lock automatically, so he’d either a) been given a card to our room at reception, b) been given a card for another room which also opened our room, or c) stolen one of the cards which the cleaners use - all of which are ridiculous security lapses. What if I’d been on my own and he’d casually entered my room and jumped into my bed as I slept? Absolutely disgusted that an otherwise phenomenal sixth holiday on the island was turned into a traumatic experience by sheer incompetence.
