The hotel was very clean, the hotel was cheap and the people were nice. Only complaint was lack of mini fridge. Could use some additional towels and tissues. Overall I would stay there again.

i should have checked as there are a number of reviews that mentioned this but the “suite” has no fridge. this seems to be standard at almost all hotels. having a bathtub was nice but not enough hot water to really use it well.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Room was very spacious and the shower was huge with lots of water pressure. On-site parking was a plus. Only cons were the lack of storage as there was only one tiny drawer and another piece of furniture with 2 shelves and a cabinet with a door to store your things. Other con was there were no hand towels in the room. Only 2 bath towels and a floor towel. But for what we paid it was worth it.

The toilet would run water after each flush. Could not figure out how to call the front desk so you had to walk down to complain. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and water wouldnt run. The toilet paper holder was broken. It was a very nice room, the details werent great.

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were excellent very friendly and helpful. We notice that there was no towels for hands or face and we were told that the hotel only provides a towel for the shower only. There is no hair dryer, no ironing board, the pillows were hard as a rock and the mattress totally a joke. I like to think that this is what is called some investors project and they do below basics. Well everyone please don’t stay there and I would encourage the staff there to go elsewhere as they will not advanced there. Very disappointed that someone just sets up a hotel with below standards and expect that the average traveler puts up with it. I find that also to be an insult to Mexico as that is not who they are. In a nut shell I will never stay there again if anyone even thinks about it please run, run.
