We had a comfortable stay. Grand hotel which is undergoing large renovations. Dinner in the evening was good. Ambition high, maybe not quite there yet friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Je sĂ©journe trĂšs rĂ©guliĂšrement dans des hĂŽtels, mais cette expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© particuliĂšrement dĂ©cevante en raison d'une organisation interne clairement dĂ©ficiente. À mon arrivĂ©e, personne Ă  l’accueil : j’ai attendu une dizaine de minutes avant qu’une jeune employĂ©e n’arrive, visiblement occupĂ©e Ă  monter un lit bĂ©bĂ©. Elle m’informe ensuite que le restaurant est complet, sans que j’aie jamais Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venue Ă  l’avance qu’une rĂ©servation Ă©tait nĂ©cessaire — contrairement Ă  ce que font la plupart des Ă©tablissements, qui prennent la peine d’envoyer un message concernant les options de restauration ou de parking. Un deuxiĂšme membre du personnel me fait simplement "non" de la tĂȘte, sans autre forme d’explication ni de solution. J’ai alors demandĂ© s’il Ă©tait possible d’avoir un simple plat Ă  emporter dans ma chambre : aucune rĂ©ponse depuis. On m’a seulement indiquĂ© qu’il y avait des restaurants dans le village
 Bref, un accueil sans aucun effort pour trouver une alternative, comme si le fait de voyager seul(e) rendait mon confort moins important. Dommage.

Bien que rĂ©novĂ© et spacieuses, les chambres sont dĂ©jĂ  entrade se dĂ©gradĂ©es. Moisissures au niveau de la douche et poussiĂšre/saletĂ©s sur les rebords de fenĂȘtre, preuve que le mĂ©nage et entretien est fait de maniĂšre peu sĂ©rieuse. Impossible de couper la climatisation qui bourdonne donc en continu. Personnel dĂ©sagrĂ©able Ă  l'accueil. Pas de fontaine Ă  eau dans le spa, ni de crochets pour les peignoirs. On se retrouve donc a devoir les poser Ă  mĂȘme le sol du fait du manque de transats. Hammam hors service. Vous payez quand-mĂȘme le lein tarif, Ă  savoir 29euros. 24,5 euros si vous logez Ă  l'hĂŽtel. Incroyable qu'il existe encore des hĂŽtels oĂč le spa n'est pas compris avec la nuitĂ©e. Petite mention spĂ©ciale pour le personnel du bar qui est quant Ă  lui des plus sympathique et trĂšs serviable et professionnel !
