Had an amazing time. Location is walking distance of shopping and the harbour. Lots of dining options also arrayed around the hotel. I had a great experience at the Epavli Grace hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, available, and helpful. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi was also very nice and often quiet/not busy. The view on the balcony outside was not ideal but did afforded privacy. The only real problem is that the hotel is located in the city centre and there can be sudden construction as of 7am, which the staff have no notice of in advance. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the city of Chania.
