Horrible

We did not stay and lost the $160 we had paid. There were homeless every where outside the hotel. It was very dirty. No one was in the lobby and they refused to return our money when we talked to them.

It’s not an eco lodge

Bed was great, sheets had burn holes, found used old women’s underwear in the shower. In addition the surrounding area a homeless hangout and people strung out all over. Anchorage I enjoyed just never staying there again.
John, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Internet pics were way better than actual room. Bad part of city with homeless in the parking lot. Only could get 2 towels for 3 adults 👨
Kenneth, 1-night trip

Didn't feel safe. Drunk person was being escorted under loud protest from hotel. Desk clerk tried but didn't feel safe. Went elsewhere.

Whole place is a dump! Filthy and run down. Vagrants hanging around inside and out. Had no choice got stuck in town due to volcano eruption and everything was booked. Should have slept st the airport it would have been better. Do not stay in this garbage dump. SH!

I had delays from flights and did not get response from hotel. When finally made on second day, no one was available to check inn and the area was definitely not safe with taggers and vagrants around the property

Nice stay

Our stay was nice and very near to downtime. But the hotel condition was not so good. It was not clean . But OK for stay. They even got us a new refrigerator on our request which was awesome. If they can clean a bit it would be 5 stars.
3-night trip

6/10 Good

Tired but clean

Pretty tired building inside and out, but clean at least. Facilities basic. Fine for a short stay but wouldn't want to spend much time there. Cheapest place I could find in Anchorage but double what I'd pay for such a place anywhere else
D, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The place was very disguesting and homeless people every where. I didn't feel comfortable staying there
Darryl, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Poor location but comfortable bed.

The hotel is in a sketchy location, a number of inebriated folks wondering in the vicinity. Libby is poorly lit. The room was dingy but the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the shower was clean and the water hot.

Roach Motel

The Econo Inn is the epitome of a skeezy motel. It's in a rough part of town, and is not well-kept. The room smelled dank, and the TV was broken. There was no window in our room. There were drugged-out people hanging about the building, climbing into the dumpsters and yelling into the night. It even sounded like someone was barking outside of our door. Not really a safe or clean place to stay.
Lisa, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Despite being 24 hour desk service there were times when no one was there. I witnessed a woman who was clearly high get kicked out for bringing too many people to her room the go shoot up on the curb by the parking lot. Entirely too many loiterers and i dont even want to get started on the rooms. Just don't stay here.
