Foi solicitado, pelo menos, 1 early checkin o que foi negado com a justificativa de que não tinha quarto disponível (não convincente). Pedimos para deixar as malas e nos foi cobrado o valor de $30,00 por mala, o que consideramos um absurdo. Não voltarei mais a esse hotel.

O Hotel estava em obra , a recepção , faltava experiência e só tinha um elevador Velho que não estava funcionando bem. Entrei no elevador e tinha um funcionário cheio de sacos materiais de trabalho etc… Quando chegamos haviam 2 camas de solteiro, tive que retornar a recepção pra pedir serviço de quarto… no final deu tudo certo.
