Parking is terrible not enough spaces when hotel is at capacity. However a few vehicles never moved either. Usually bathroom supplies - shampoo/conditioner/lotion extra towels provided. Not here. And if book through a website they will change your itinerary and room reservations.

Not the best.

Hotel was dirty. The floor I was on stunk really bad too and had carpet stains all over the place. Check in was kind of weird too, I had to knock on the sliding window for them to open it up finally and check me in. Thought that it was weird that it wasn’t open to begin with. The actual room wasn’t so bad tho. This hotel has potential to be really good, but it’s just not at the moment.

Front desk was empry when we got there. Waited for 10 mins to be able to check in. Halls smelled like dog pee and there was no shampoo in the rooms or front desk. Took a while to be able to contact front desk since theres no one there until 10 am.

Worse hotel ever room stunk like dog pee. we had the manager of the housekeep come in to as we thought to clean but to only ask unnecessary questions about the room smelling then asked rudely what did we want her to do because she had places to be! Never again well i stay at a poor facility with uncared workers!

The rooms and interior facilities are as immaculate as always. The staff is as professional as I remember. For the most part, my stay has been quiet and I feel comfortable keeping to myself. I wish the exterior facilities, especially where the furr-babies go, was kept cleaner but I take the good with the bad and I am satisfied with my overall experience at the Woodspring Suites Moreno Valley. Unfortunatey, in my experience, all Woodspring Suites facilities are not created equal but Moreno Valley never fails to satisfy.

The rooms remain clean, well-kept and put together, with few exceptions. The abundance of dog poop left by the other guests and the kids playing in the halls with their toys and making noise while I am trying to sleep or study, not to mention being awakened in the middle of the night by the building's fire alarms setting off leaves something to be desired. This has never happened during any other stay. I guess there is a first time for everything.

The receptionist is the only thing keeping this place afloat. Upon arrival, the room was dirty, it was noisy, and the bed was essentially a large cot. Additionally, the only bathroom near the lobby is restricted to employees. I ended up leaving days before my scheduled check-out. Also, it’s worth mentioning that this hotel charges everyone for the charging station, even if you don’t have a car or need to charge one.

The property looks fairly new. As we arrived we encountered males in the parking lot with loud music, drinking and with visible paraphernalia on the hood of their vehicles. We did not feel safe and relayed that to the person at the front desk but she didn’t seem to care, I attempted to cancel my reservation but was not able to unfortunately. Once in the room the bed was messy as if it had been used and not properly cleaned. The pillows were on a chair and not on the bed. In the early AM we were awaken by an alarm not once but twice. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all especially with children.
