This hotel is fabulous. It is in a perfect location near the Spanish Steps and also the Trevi Fountain. The staff were amazing providing a local map & assisting with getting to and from the best places to see. You will not be disappointed, lovely hotel.

Other than the lack of curb appeal (lobby is on the third floor and stairway to get up was old and dirty), the hotel was pretty nice. Room was very large for a European hotel. Bed and pillows were comfortable. From my 5th floor room, I did not hear any noise from the street below.

Beautiful rooms with high ceilings make the room feel large. Friendly staff. AC wasn’t working properly however maintenance staff resolved it within 5 mins. Comfy bed. Great location. The only downside is 2 elevators - one to get to the lobby and one to get to the room. Not a big deal if you are ok with elevators. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the in included Rome experiences offered by the hotel.

Lovely hotel. In perfect location to walk to everything. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by. Staff all super friendly and helpful. Only downfall if I had to say was the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor (told staff and they gave lots of spare towels to clean up). Apart from that it was amazing! Historical building in a great location

Location is superb, walking distance to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and a metro station. Room was small but it was clean. I do wish they restocked the tea and add tissue. I saw some complained about the elevator but for me it was the best part, very unique, I loved it. Check-in staff was super nice and helpful and the hotel offers free tours around the city!
