Henry, the manager, was fantastic! Room was clean. Check in/check out was a breeze. Breakfast was simply amazing! And they held our bags for us while we went to Machu Picchu after check out. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating and happy. There where a few minor issues when we arrived but they were soon addressed to my satisfaction. Comfy beds, hot shower, good wifi. Centrally located, a short walk from the train station and near dozens of restaurants, shops and bars. A good value.

The hotel had Netflix, nice helpful staff, and a good bathroom. The only challenge was it was easy to hear other people in hotel and those outside, which unfortunately were loud at like 2 or 4 am.

Great stay for 2 nights

The staff was very welcoming and hospitable for our two night stay. Assisted with giving ua information to get the bus tickets to Machupicchu. they also had breakfast ready for us VERY early in the morning to ensure we haf a good meal before our visit to MP. Overall great stay.

Large Spacious Room

The room was large and spacious. The shower was excellent The receptionist (owner?) was very nice and friendly They were able to pack us a breakfast for an early start and stored our luggage The little road leading to the hotel looks a bit sad but other than that no complaints

We were greeted at the train station, and they walked us to the hotel. They were very friendly. In our room there was a swan sculpture with fresh roses! I loved everything about this place and wish I had booked more time there.

Wonderful family run hotel

The staff was so incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The hotel was very well kept and clean. Breakfast was included. We had coffee, fresh fruit, avacados, pastries and bread, quinoa pancakes and eggs fresh cooked. The service was wonderful

The hotel was very nice. We were only there for a few hours to sleep but the room was huge and very comfortable. They provided us a boxed breakfast despite the fact that we were leaving at 4:30 in the morning for our hike and it was great. Just what we needed!

I payed 24 euro per night. Checking the prices now I think I did a very good deal. In any case, I can recommend the hotel. It was well placed and super clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Life security threat

Receptionist open the door without my consent to a local psycho woman who only wanted my money, they did not want to remove the woman from my room, it was a life threat for me, no security, don't book that place !

Buen lugar en Aguascalientes

Bueno sitio para alojarse en Aguascalientes. Habitación bonita y cómoda. Agua caliente 24 h y calefacción. Te esperan en la estación y te acompañan sin coste. Te guardan el equipaje para Machu Picchu y te preparan desayuno para que te lleves si subes temprano. El único "pero" es el baño, muy pequeño y no traga al tirar la cadena. Pero es un mal menor. Volvería a alojarme sin duda.

Had bagged breakfast for us when we had to leave before the breakfast area opened. Good location. Had one very small heater in the room that did not give much heat. Did have extra blankets available in the room. Kept our bags for the day while we walked about town.

Hotel au calme, en retrait de la rue commerçante. Lits confortables, eau chaude à volonté. Personnel accueillant et aidant. Seul petit bemol : le service pour le petit déjeuner est très lent il faut vraiment compter 30 minutes incompressible pour avoir les différents plats du petit déjeuner (assiette de fruits, assiette avec les oeufs puis assiette avec les pancakes).

Bel endroit pour séjourner

Hôtel très bien situé, très propre et personnel avenant. La chambre est joliment décorée, il y a un radiateur, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Le seul petit bémol mais comme partout au Pérou peut être le bruit des voisins.

Dentro das possibilidades da região, o hotel é bom. O quarto é aconchegante, os atendentes simpáticos. Fica bem localizado. Embora o acesso fique em um ligar meio apertado e feio mas faz parte da característica da região. Café da manhã razoavel.
