The room was adequate in terms of amenities in the room, comfort of the bed, and shower facilities. The location next to the train station was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was adequate as well. It is an excellent value for the price of the room.

This hotel was only a 3 minute walk to the train. If you do have a car, parking here is very convenient. Our room was in front of the river running past and next door to the church. It was a great place for sleeping and the beds and room were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. There is NO interaction with the owners, you just come and go with your key.

The hotel location is excellent, especially if you have a river view room. There are limited to no shopping/ food options so the included breakfast was super helpful. The train station is a short walk away so it was easy to travel to the central Interlaken ost station in ~6 mins. The room was tiny and the bathroom didn't feel well ventilated despite having a ventilator. Probably an artefact of being an older stone-ish building.
