en pocas palabras pésimo lugar!... El personal de recepción muy mala actitud y trato... el lugar es muy viejooo y descuidado... la habitación huele mal... el baño huele a drenaje... el mobiliario es muy viejo... el agua de la regadera tarda mucho en salir caliente y desperdicias mucha agua por eso... las fotos difieren mucho de la realidad...

Sencillo y cómodo pero puede mejorar

El hotel es austero y sencillo, pero cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda. Tiene buena ubicación, sobre todo si vas a expo Guadalajara. Considero que el desayuno podrían cambiarlo cada ciertos días, ya que al quedarte varias noches, aburre un poco el mismo desayuno. En el cuarto debería de haber más conectores para poder cargar aparatos electrónicos y estaría buenísimo tener un espejo de cuerpo completo.

La foto de la habitacion que muestran ed completamente engañosa, los cuartos huelen a humedad y las puertas estan tan mal que se mueve todo el vidrio al abrir o al cerrar

En general es un buen lugar para descansar, solo recomendaría cambiar las camas ya que hacen demasiado ruido al acomodarse, de ahí en fuera es un lugar para pasar un rato a gusto.

El hotel está bien si planeas solo ir a pasar una o dos noches y disfrutar fuera del mismo de Guadalajara y sus alrededores, no es un hotel para pasar vacaciones familiares dentro del mismo o disfrutar de sus instalaciones, es muy básico solo sirven desayuno de 8 a 10 am si llegas 10:01 ya no hay nada, no hay restaurante dentro del mismo, solo sirven desayuno, para comer y cenar tienes que salir, desayunamos lo mismo el par de días que estuvimos ahí, el agua de la la alberca no es climatizada reiteró solo es literalmente para pasar una o dos noches y hacer plan afuera

Facilities were clean. Property is safe and secure. Ample parking. Great location. Has a pool. Cleaning staff were great and very attentive. Overall good value for money.
