Had a wonderful stay because of the cleanliness of the place, but more importantly the incredible staff! From the reception to the kitchen, as well as the rest of the hotel staff, they have been very kind and accommodating. Also, the view of Lake Geneva is the cherry on top of the whole experience!

I was calling this property to ask how can i get shuttle from the airport. The answer from the receptionist was that i have to call them and shuttle will be sent. I've been told that shuttle is 24/7. When i arrived to the airport and callled them i found that the last shuttle from the airport is leaving at 23.45. I arrived literraly 5min later. When i was trying to talk about this with the manager, she answered that I've never been promised 24/7 serviss. Really "nice" customer service

We really enjoyed our stay here! The front desk was extremely helpful. One thing to note is that there’s very limited transportation and dining in the area. We planned to eat at the restaurant however it wasn’t open the hours listed online and didn’t have many vegetarian options so we ended walking quite a way to dinner. The fitness center at the hotel was also closed, which surprised us. We booked it because of the airport shuttle but it didn’t run early enough for us unfortunately. The room was super clean and quiet though!

Teething problems - friendly staff

Still very new so systems don’t quite work and staff are unsure about them. and gym isn’t available until November 24 apparently. It’s also in the middle of nowhere. On the plus side, the design is nice, food good, rooms small but very comfortable with excellent sound proofing. Like a few places, the tech for lights and blinds is unbelievably complicated.

Brilliant service from the staff - was relieved it was manned 24hr and it a computer screen. It is only convenient fir the airport and Geneva centre IF YOU HAVE A CAR. Nearest train station is not practical if you have luggage, it’s a few miles and buses are it frequent or very late. A taxi costs @£50 from the airport so USE UBER. Facilities are modern and innovative and in the absence of a restaurant grab and go was a great idea.

Don't book this Hotel!

It's really awful. The room was dirty and hot. The air conditioning is actually a complicated system which only allows to take the temperature down a bit. Light system doesn't allow you to sleep in total darkness. There is always a light on. Breakfast is absolutely uneatable and staff is nice but really incompetent. They overcharged me around 50 Euros at the end and promised to book it back which they obviously didn't. Avoid this hotel really. I was so disappointed about the hotel that I talked about it with other guests in the elevators and they had even worse problems then me. So don't go and don't let them charge anything on your Credit Card!

We booked 2 rooms (4 people). It was paid before our stay. My business friends who would stay at the Second room missed their plane and didn’t make check in on the first day. Second day I informed the reception about their situation for late check-in based on their next flight availability. However, In the second day I was informed by the hotel that they cancelled the reservation of second room because of no check-in made. I went to the reception and told the situation again. Briefly, these are our rooms whether we stay or not. Hotel management cancelled the room which was already paid in order to resell it. I don’t accept this situation! I also advised them to make the check in for my name because of the uncertainty of my friends’ arrival… As a result my friends also informed of that situation and they didn’t want to stay at a hotel with such mentality. I made check out one day earlier and started to stay with my friends at another hotel.
