Great stay. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They helped us out with any questions or requests we had. The location was excellent as well. Close to food, shopping, and mainly the Basilica. Definitely recommend.

EVENTOS

KALI HOTEL Y EVENTOS is the full name!!!. The events are on open first floor. Saturday a DJ til 1030 then loud voices for a hour. Sunday 9 am a live concert. The acoustics echo very stongly into the room. It was not a place to rest! A bit disingenuous leaving out EVENTOS. The staff were very friendly and bed was comfortable. May be better to stay during during the week with less noise.

Kali was a lovely place to stay. Osmin (front desk) was informative and friendly, and his English was excellent (very helpful when my Spanish was inadequate). Jose greeted us like friends in the morning as we were going out and taught us about the tree in the parking lot with the long seed pods. There was a quinceaneara our second night, which was fun to see and ended with a marching band around 11 pm! I would definitely stay here again.

I'm sad to leave a bad review, because the staff was great all along, attentive to our situation and quick in fixing it! The issue was with the state of the room. The shower had poor pressure. There was a cockroach lying dead on the bathroom floor. And to top it all, all three beds had sand on the sheets... needless to say we were disappointed

Fantastic stay in Santa Ana

They went above and beyond. Osmond was amazing. He was very attentive and mindful of our time. He even went next door and changed money for us. We also needed breakfast early in the morning and he accommodated. Jose, the parking attendant, was about as friendly as one could be. He would also stop traffic in the street when we were leaving. They all had huge smiles on their faces the whole time.

There was too much perfume in the air from electric diffusers. In the room as well as in the Lobby and the hallway upstairs. These " Air fresheners" are very harmful to your health new studies show. Many people are allergic. They basically pollute the air. https://www.indoordoctor.com/blog/health-hazards-plug-air-fresheners/ It would be great if you could remove these perfumes at least from the room where people sleep in. The last hotel I stayed in , I was sneezing for 2 hrs and I had a runny nose, after I removed and put the " air freshener" outside. It seems to be very popular in El Salvador. But the chemicals in there are not good for the body!

Hotel en Santa Ana

Tuvimos una habitación muy grande, reformada y muy cómoda. El desayuno fue estupendo. Está algo más alejado del centro de lo que me hubiera gustado, pero con facil acceso a transporte y el personal fue amable. El único pero que le pongo es que por entrar 3 h antes del check in el coste eran 25 USD y no se nos informó al solocitarlo sino que estaba en la hoja de registro con otra información, con lo que decidimos esperar a la hora de check in.

Very professional personal . Loved the hotel. Now it's not a fancy hotel or too updated. But it is very clean and everything works. Its not updated because it was the first hotel evee made in Santa Ana, so its historical and the city wants to keep it aa original aa possible. It does have ac. Very safe and secure. Highly recommended.
