One of the deciding factors for choosing this hotel was the fact that it had a hot tub. The hotel description, says there is a hot tub and even the Bon Voy apps how a picture of a hot tub. But, to our disappointment, the hot tub had been removed. Also, we found a pair of sandals in front of the couch under the coffee table which made us wonder if the room had been vacuumed or not.

We decided to just do a overnight to let our play in the pool and go to dinner. Very clean nice staff. Close to stores right next to big shopping centers restaurants in walking distance. Property is very clean and comfortable

We will be back

great hotel for kids to play in the pool, walk to many stores, restaurants, movie theatre, employees are very friendly, helpful and are available to assist in any way or just talk while you wait for your husband ! Tina helped with kids, bandaids, pizza delivery, helped me feel quite at ease setting up & feeding 7 people in the lobby & then take them back to the pool.

I would have loved to give this a 5 star rating, but the jacuzzi was not hot and only ⅓ rd of the jets worked. After a long day of driving I hoped for a relaxing water massage. But the room was clean, bed wonderful, and staff great. Breakfast was also very good. Need to pressure the Mall management to clean up the overall parking lot, as it is full of weeks, trash, glass, etc., and not nice to walk around.

I will never stay there again. We get there and the pool is closed in the middle of summer??? That’s why I stayed there. We went to the room and the kids were upset about the pool. And there was a note saying Netflix was out. Now my kids wanted to leave. But the room was already paid for.

When the reservation was made the day before, there was no mention of the pool not being available. Kids were very disappointed! They always look forward to that part of a hotel stay. My husband was a little disappointed as well that the Netflix service was not working! Hotel was very clean however, the furniture was a little dated. Overall it was okay.

The first room the staff member gave us smelled like weed. They did fix that issue and gave us a new room. The pool and hot tub were closed due to water leaking from the ceiling. Looked like it has been happening for a while. I was quite disappointed about this. I was looking forward to soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the motorcycle.

The property was clean and well kept. The breakfast acceptable...not exceptional by any means. The staff were very polite and accommodating. We were on the 3rd floor for 6 nights and only twice were we able to take a hot shower. The sink water got hot but not the shower. Also, the door to the room didn't fully close on it's own...we had to pull closed to make sure it locked. This was my second...maybe 3rd stay at this property and I never experienced the cold water issue before. That's why I selected it again.

The spa was not hot. There was rust on the railings and masking tape at the base of the railings. The pool area was unkept. We paid the higher price to have a hotel with a spa and it was unsatisfactory. Wont stay here again. Also we had to change rooms because the battery in the fire alarm started chirping and they didn't have someone there to fix it.

The room was awesome! Clean, comfortable beds, huge bathroom. The breakfast was good w/ decent selection. Good location w/ shops & restaurants right there. The property needs a LOT of TLC. For the price we paid to stay there I feel they really missed the mark on the property upkeep. There are no working ice machines on any floor. The pool room wasn’t maintained. There was rust all over everything even the door handle. The hot tub wasn’t operational b/c the turn knob to turn the jets on was missing. There was dirty tape holding the hot tub railing to the ground. You should also warn guests that your trash pickup is at 6:30am right outside the windows of the 1st floor and immediately following that at 7am the landscapers start mowing & blowing the property. Too bad for anyone who wanted to sleep in. I feel like this could be a great hotel if they just invest a little into maintenance.
