Service was great at the Breakfast Cafe , was a outside facility not the hotel itself , but lots of carb and low quality coffee had to pay extra for a better coffee and not healthy options

O hotel é excelente. Tive um pequeno desgaste pois precisei fazer um upgrade de quarto e no contato pelo WhatsApp me afirmaram que custaria R$ 110,00 por dia e no momento de efetuar (durante o chekin) cobraram R$ 350,00 por dia.

Bom, porem com barulhos

O hotel é uma proposta moderna, reune uma diversidade de segmentos, feirinha, cafe, hospital, cowork, hospedagem. O problema é o barulho. As paredes sao de drywall e voce escuta mto barulho, pessoas andando, tomando banho, conversar e ate o espirro da hospede do quarto ao lado. Isso incomodou bastante. De resto, foi tudo bem.

Foi uma das melhores experiências em Floripa: me hospedar em um hotel tão aconchegante, bem localizado, confortável, café da manhã muito bom e saudável, porém se repete a semana inteira. É a quarta vez que ficamos neste hotel, adoramos a proposta, os quartos são confortáveis o hall de entrada e áreas comuns são top, a única coisa que deveria melhorar é a agilidade no atendimento, pois mesmo sendo a 4° vez no hotel o check in é demorado, parece que fazem todo cadastro novamente a cada estádia, isso é muito chato, no restante é ótimo o Bewiki

Ambiente agradável, atendimento excelente Quarto limpo, do quarto a cama foi única coisa que deixou a desejar, é cama de mola e já em tempo de troca. Café da manhã é ótimo. No térreo do prédio tem restaurantes, que são bons e facilita a estadia A academia do prédio é ruim, dos poucos aparelho, metade estava e. manutenção. Sauna estava em manutenção também
