Hot air balloon ride

Amazing hotel within walking distance of food, shopping and beauty. Go to the roof around 5am if you’d like to see the Hot Air Balloons! Be sure to check out byikman’s Cappadocia Souvenirs for great pictures and jewelry!

The people working the hotel were really nice. The breakfast was good but the they played music way too loud for early in the morning. Also, they didn't ask us how was our stay

My husband and I had wonderful stay here! The staff were extremely catering and helped me communicate with the airline to recover my lost luggage. The morning of our very early departure, they even prepared a simple and thoughtful breakfast for us.

I had an amazing stay at my room the room was comfortable giving you a cave experience with modern comforts , the host Sophie was a very nice lady , very helpful and polite the hotel is located in a good place walking distance to all shops resturants cafes , I would highly recommend this place

I recently stayed at a charming cave-style boutique hotel - the Niche Hotel in Cappadocia, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like part of the family—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They even went out of their way to assist me with a tire pressure warning issue on my car, which was such a relief during my travels. The hotel itself is cozy and full of character, carved into the rock in true Cappadocian style. Breakfast was a highlight each morning—plenty of delicious options, and they prepare fresh dishes on the spot that really hit the spot before a day of exploring. But what makes this place truly special is the location. It’s nestled at the bottom of the hill, just steps from the town center, so after a long day of sightseeing, you don’t have to climb uphill to get back—such a thoughtful convenience! Big room, clean, big bathrooms, in the heart of Goreme, with all the dinning spot all around it. BEST THING WAS THERE BREAKFAST, WITH ORGANIC HONEY, BUTTER, YOGHURT etc. they set the standard so high that after this we didn’t like the breakfast of any other places in Istanbul highly recommended breakfast

Nice breakfast and front desk staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Gave us info on tours and booked our airport shuttle too. Very enjoyable stay. Just one small item to note - room was too warm, and air-conditioning at night automatically shut off after a few hours so had to wake up and restart in the middle of the night.

Brand new Hotel in the best position!!

Great hotel for position only a few minutes walk up to the best look out position for the balloons also they have a great rooftop in the resort for great viewing. In the heart of Goreme walk everywhere love!! Brand new resort with choice of cooked egg breakfast, cereal etc.. rooms supply shampoo, toothbrushes, coffee with a kettle & fridge. Brand new quiet air conditioner great stay highly recommend.
