The BEST thing about this hotel is LOCATION. The WORST thing is their front-desk personnel (not all of them) AND the hotel Manager that were unable to manage a rather difficult situation: We were on a nine night extended family trip occupying five double rooms and a triple. Our experience was TERRIBLE due to the fact that almost all days we struggled to get hot water (yes in a "premium hotel") to take a shower. Sometimes water pressure was minimal, most times water was at best mildly warm. Sometimes it was pretty cold. This happened ALL TEN DAYS regardless of the several different actions (at least that's what we were told) to fix the problem. It was a nightmare and we will never come back to this hotel or recommend anybody to go. Hope this helps.

Nos hospedamos dos personas en la misma habitación y solicité dos llaves para el acceso y la recepcionista comentó que por política solo se da una tarjeta, argumente que cada huésped necesita salir por separado y requiere su llave me dieron la segunda llave pero con la advertencia de que si se pierde hay que pagará 150 pesos . Incomodo el momento porque la actitud de los recepcionistas es molesta y amenazante

La habitación estaba muy cómoda, estilo ejecutiva. Pero teníamos el restaurante a un lado, y ponen la música súper fuerte, nos despertaron por lo mismo, y se escucha todo. Las risas, las conversaciones. Quizá en otras habitaciones no sea lo mismo.

Este hotel por su ubicacion ya lo he visitado varias veces pero NO corrigen sus problemas.. 1) llegue 1 pm y son muy estrictos para el check-in (3pm). No tienen Ni Agua NI BAÑO..solo uno en la Azotea en el piso 4, es de servicio esta caliente, chico y sucio. 2) me dieron la Hab # 206 abajo esta un restaurante y tiene musica no fuerte pero se escucha todo el dia hasta para Dormir.. 3) la Presión de la regadera es malisima, de nada sirve tengan una regadera grande porque el agua chorrea mejor pongan una mas pequeña que concentre la Presion y salga mejor.. 4) las toallas viejas y deshilachadas y el Jabón no tiene porta Jabón ..se pega en el mosaico..
