It was an averge stay. The room had all the necessities and was just clean enough. The linen weren’t as clean as I had hoped, weird specks here and there. I suspected bed bugs, but later cancelled that thought. The worry still affected my stay, so I would hope the linen of the next customer would be more clean to remove any suspicions. On the other hand, the customer service was very nice. Big windows that could be opened wide in the room were great. Really helped with the heat of the weather.

Good, clean, very simple hotel with pleasant staff. Very easy access to mainline trains. Unfortunately it was an extremely hot night and there is no air conditioning or fans. Noise was good from the outside, but the internal doors didn't block any sound from the hallway really.

Great location and access to the S-train station. There are many food options around this hotel and nearby grocery stores. For those in need of a fast-food fix, there's a McDonald's and Burger King around the corner on a waling mall. A great experience overall!

Nice little old school hotel. I recieved nothing but good service and smiles from the people working there. The elevator stops between the floors, and the stairs was showing years of wear and tear. I find this as a charming feature, but it may not be for everyone. The single room was small but sufficient with wardrobe, a little desk and a big (compared to the room) bathroom. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the hotel, and I'm happy to recommend this hotel. I didn't order breakfast, so I have no idea of the food served there.

Pros: Location. There were local trainstation/S-Bahn and U-bahn in a walking distance, HUGE plus. Cons: small room (single) with no AC in the room. Not even table fan. Got pretty hot with 30C outside. For a night or two with reasonable price, then it is worth it.

AI Koenigshof is very conveniently located across from the Charlottenburg station and next to the Wilmersdorf U-bahn, providing easy travel access. The hotel is a moderately-priced older establishment with decent, comfortable facilities. It is not air-conditioned. The area immediately around the hotel contains many food and shopping options.

Unfortunately the wifi was not working properly, either being incredibly slow or cutting out. Moths had chewed holes in the curtains, and the shower flicked between boiling and freezing. The room was very small, not particularly comfy. If there is nothing else, it is possible to stay a night, but I would avoid if possible

Very bad stay overall. The room was not clean. It smell of mould and the windows were open, as a result it was cold when we got in. While the hotel had a lift we still had to carry the stroller with our sleeping baby for a floor because the lift was on a different building section than the rooms.
