I loved this place. The suites are in these cute little houses that used to be a kids camp. The outdoor dining/fire/games area in the middle is great. I met several other guests at the campfire.

10/10 Excellent

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. What really made our experience special was the amazing service. Kat, the General Manager, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She made sure we felt right at home and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back!

8/10 Good

The bar and staff are really nice. They have a courtyard area with fire pits the vibes are great. Only issue was the room was very humid and sticky with alot of nats in the bathroom. I discovered the dehumidifier in the morning and it was completely full maybe it would have been better if we emptied it before bed. They are just opening so maybe they need time to smooth over the little kinks. I would try again in the future. ☺️

4/10 Poor

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, there was a strong mildew smell in our room, which transferred to our clothes even to our unpack items that we need to send to dry cleaners when we got home. We decided to have drinks at the bar, but it was uncomfortably cold with the AC blasting. The $25 cocktails were asked to transfer in plastic cups when we want to step out to patio which felt inappropriate given the high price. The room itself was not clean, there were bugs on the floor and even after killing three of them, we didn't feel comfortable. Additionally, a lightbulb was broken; when we asked for it to be fixed, instead of using a master key to enter while we were at the bar, we were asked to return to our room to let the staff in. This was incredibly inconvenient. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Amazing fun and a blast. The connected restaurant is awesome and so convenient. Also probably one of most fun spots to go out in Montauk! So convenient you are right in the action to rest, play, and eat!
Viman, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Great stay for a fun time!

There is no receptionist therefore getting a hold of people if you need something is difficult. Overall stay was a pleasure. Resturant next to hotel becomes fun for going out at night so you have to enjoy music as you can hear a little of it from the room.

2/10 Terrible

Micayla, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Horrible l. Automation everything which doesn’t allow them to use common sense or help with anything
Jonathan, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

There is no one who staffs this hotel. Eventually we received a text message with a code to enter a room. There were about 200 hundred people on the grounds for some kind of open cocktail party. Security guards were present and initially wouldn’t let us park, enter the property or bring our luggage to the room. Music blasted until late in the evening. Room smelled of mold and towel rack fell off wall when touched. This is not a hotel, it’s more a club with some rooms to crash in when you’re done partying.
Meryl, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

The room itself still had markings on the wood from construction.for 400$ a night u would think that u would have wires hanging for the room lighting . The grounds around it looked like it was being set up for an event and look nothing like The pictures advertised when booking. There main sign does. It even light up completely , finishing the hole vibe of with half open or on its way to closing
