The staff were fantastic!

This was my first time in Brazil, and this hotel truly made the experience fantastic. From the moment I arrived, every staff member at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. Their hospitality exceeded my expectations and really made a difference in my stay. The location is also excellent! The neighbourhood offers a wide variety of dining options, from casual bites to diverse cuisines at different price points, all within easy reach. If I return to Brazil for a business trip, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful new hotel, which is hard to find in Paulista area of SP. A little bit of a walk to main restaurants in Jardins, but otherwise very centrally located to Uber everywhere. Room and bed were super comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great.

Housekeeping standard lacking

There was a red stain on the sheet and also the comfortable cover was ripped. I took pictures and showed the front desk staff, they were not overly apologetic. Bed was very stiff, breakfast was no frill and had a good variety.

Great team, friendly and supportive with a number of team members having a good understanding of the English language. The building and rooms recently renovated and very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast choices are broad enough to accommodate any dietary requirements. Solicitei apoio da recepção para me ajudar a conectar a internet e outra opção de travesseiro, já que os que estavam disponíveis eram muito finos e ruins. Ficaram de verificar e retornar, o que não ocorreu. Dormi mal e não consegui fazer a reunião pois o sinal da Vivo ruim. Limpeza ruim do quarto, piso sujo. Café da manhã muito bom.

A equipe foi muito gentil, mas o hotel possui alguns problemas. Nosso primeiro quarto tinha um vazamento no vaso sanitário. Trocamos de quanto e o segundo apresentava o mesmo problema. O controle da TV é muito ruim, com uma espécie de mouse que dificulta MUITO o acesso para idosos. Todas as tomadas do hotel são 220V em uma cidade 110V, complicado. Para descer na garagem é preciso acionar alguém da equipe no Lobby para autorizar descer ao -1. Diversas dificuldades que poderiam ser facilmente sanadas. E já precisa de uma certa manutenção. Tirando esses problemas, a eqipe é incrível, mas para o preço, precisa manter a qualidade.
