The check in was quick and easy, unfortunately the 1st room we were given was not prepared, on returning to check in we were quickly given a 2nd which was ready. The rooms are a good size, and have a mini fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities, or room safe. The breakfast was quite limited, especially the hot choices and on the Sunday you needed to wait for items to be replenished. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel is a few minutes drive from several restaurants and bars or the town centre. We parked for free outside the front of the hotel, which was busy but space was available, there was underground parking but we didn't use that. The location was good for visiting the near by towns of Modena and Maranello
