We visited Sao Paulo on our way to Rio. It is a very big and very modern city, and we are happy we stopped there. This hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable, in a central location with good restaurants around the area. Brazil streets can be a bit rough, and the hotel staff advised on safety precautions, and helped us to get our first night's dinner in Brazil. There is a Metro station nearby, which is a safe and convenient way to travel around the city

La ubicación es imposible mejor. La habitación y el baño, superbien. El desayuno superbien —sobre todo: El lugar del desayuno. De todas maneras volvería a este hotel. Las habitaciones que dan a la plaza pueden ser ruidosas en fin de semana —pero la vista es preciosa. Lo unico que me pareció un poco molesto es la espera por los ascensores, que tendía a ser más larga de lo que uno querría. Pero el hotel es excelente. Lo recomiendo.

Decepção

Decepção no que diz respeito a recepção do hotel que nos tratou de forma debochada e grosseira, a manutenção do chuveiro que vazava dia e noite (não havia manutenção no fds), abrimos uma cerveja do frigobar e tinha água ao invés de cerveja, não limparam o quarto direito, nem retiraram os copos sujos sequer. Nossa quinta vez no hotel, onde sempre fomos bem tratado, mas desta vez parecia que estávamos em outro hotel e não no Sooz, onde sempre fomos bem recebidas.

Recepcionista homofóbica, nos tratou com descaso, com indiferença , a mesma questionou diversas vezes, se não era a primeira vez da nossa estadia no estabelecimentos, somos clientes a mais de 2 anos e num me ocorreu uma situação deplorável como essa. Estou muito chateado com o ocorrido. Estarei registrando um boletim de ocorrência. O quarto horrível, o quarto era equipado para pessoa com necessidades especiais e para idosos, cama muito baixa e desconfortável, o banheiro cheio de barras de apoio totalmente desproporcional a minha situação, pois não somos portadores de necessidades especiais. Em outras hospedagem na rede SOOZ não tivemos este tipo de situação. Outra situação desagradável, foi que tivemos que pegar o nosso alimento na recepção,sendo que em outra estadia o mensageiro foi até o quarto,e dessa vez não, o estabelecimento deveria manter seu padrão de qualidade no serviço de quarto. Estavamos em uma data comemorativa e fomos tratados dessa forma.Com toda certeza a rede SOOZ perdeu um cliente, nunca fomos tratados dessa maneira
