10/10 service cant say enough about the staff aa a whole- from housekeeping to room service to concierge. Have stayed at many hotels in India (some much more expensive) and Novotel tops them all by far. Property conditions are excellent, wifi is great, food, everything is very well done here. Congratulations to the team.

Too many junior staff in the restaurant and they seem to have not much clue about their roles or how they could be of help to guests. One of them came and asked for a good rating. Ratings have to be earned. Room was really good with all the amenities. Full marks there.

We had the best stay at the Novotel Mumbai International Airport. From the time we checked in until we checked out everything was a 5 star experience. The staff is amazing, very friendly and make us extremely comfortable during our whims stay. The rooms are spacious and food is excellent. Chef Tejas has been an absolute joy.
