Staff was very accommodating for me as I worked a night schedule. No interruptions during the day for cleaning and always asked each night if they could help get anything to make my stay easier.

People are kind but the hotel itself isn’t so nice. WiFi didn’t work during my stay, tv didn’t work. Also you have to call multiple times for a service to get done unless it is food lol. Even my clothes took longer than promised. If you need a place just to sleep and shower. It’s for you. If out of county it’s not for you.

Service of the staff was exceptional Bathroom was poor I have seen senior management misbehaving service staff for no reason. Overall the quality and feel of the hotel was excellent. Didn't get the room i was expecting but i was upgraded to a bigger room. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very respectful. Only downside was the cutlery being used at breakfast, could do with an upgrade. The total experience is not what i was expecting for the price i paid, good value for the money. Definitely recommend pearl inn.

I have got a very small Room, my Suitcase was lyi g on Bed, bcs. No Table for such things was there.. in Bathroom Water leakage.I think, I have booked a good Room. Even the Reclamatio was use less. They were eager for the Advance Payment. They remembered me three times in a couple of Hours to pay. I will not book there again!!

Everything about the physical property is excellent from the staff to the hotel itself. Where the hotel falls short is the surrounding area. It is in the heart of Auto repair shops and is quite dirty in the surrounding area because of this. Also, walking around the outside is challenging as you cannot cross the street due to the lack of traffic rules. You will easily get run over as traffic does not follow rules of the road. Also extremely dirty on the streets with the odor of sewage. 5 stars for the hotel, 1 star for the neighborhood.
