Lots of potential but ……….

Room was lovely and large but very dark - not enough light to get ready. Air con wasn’t good compared with our second room and the staff do not speak any English so can not help with any issues. Comes with breakfast but it’s a Turkish breakfast and limited - never ate but lots of lively restaurants around so wasn’t a problem and you get a discount is resident at the hotel. Although there were issues it was still a nice place to stay and love Sarigerme as a plac.

We often stay at this hotel either when we arrive in Turkey late at night or before an early morning flight home, and it’s always a brilliant choice. The location is perfect, as it is just a short distance from Dalaman airport, making it ideal for a quick stopover. It is honestly exceptional. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and much nicer than you’d expect for such an affordable rate. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. It’s one of those rare places that proves you don’t need to spend a fortune for great service and comfort. Exceptional value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Otel gayet güzel temiz ve nezih bir lokasyondaydı. Genel olarak herşey çok güzeldi. Yaşadığımız tek sıkıntı Asansör arızalıydı eşyalarımızı çıkarırken biraz zorlandık.Ama bu durumu çok önemsemedik.Genel olarak çok keyif aldığımız 1 hafta geçirdik. Göz açıp kapayana kadar geçti. 1 gece için fazlasıyla yeterliydi. O nedenle genel temizlik durumları nasıl emin değilim. Kaldığımız oda temizdi.Ayarladığımız oda türünde kaldık.Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Sadece yatak ayağının teki yoktu bu biraz rahatsız edici ama tek gece olduğu için umursamadık.Bir de gündüz gün içinde bulunduğu sokaktaki kafeler aşırı gürültülü ses açıyorlar bilginiz olsun.

The hotel itself is in decent location but the service is quite down not as I expected, The staff they tried their best but having staff doesn't speak other language at least English is quite so difficult of the communication specially the reception.
