Sebastian, Roberto and the rest of the staff at Residenza d’Epoca were incredible!!! Best location right in the heart of Florence, walkable to all sights. Stayed in a deluxe room and another room with our family - looked out onto the beautiful piazza! Phenomenal custom order breakfast and open bar (all day long) was the cherry on top! We will be coming back!

Such a charming, clean, friendly boutique hotel.

This is such a charm hotel. Remember it’s Italy and so everything is slightly worn. The beds and pillows were great and extra towels provided. They have a mini bar with free waters, sodas and juices and it’s self service. The breakfast was very charming. Pastries, fruit plates, yogurt and eggs cooked to your order. The coffee options were amazing and the best coffee!!! The location could not be better. Best best location for walking. 4 minutes to the Duomo, 2 minutes to the Uffizi, and right at one of the best plazas. Restaurants and shopping everywhere. Mini fridge was great for keeping sodas and waters cold. The elevator is so ao so tiny that we just walked the stairs. Lots of stairs but it’s Italy after all. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and arranged taxis as needed.
