Wouldn't book again

We were really disappointed with this hotel the staff did not acknowledge us when we checked in they were on their phones. There was a conference that we were not told about and we couldnt use the front lobby had to use a back door with a broom propping in open. We coukdnt access the main lobby to be picked up. The only thing good it was a 20 minute to walk into to the main shopping area.

The property was lovely. My room was very spacious, one of the largest rooms I’ve ever had. The facility is huge, probably whole city block. Be prepared to carry you luggage
