This place was perfectly situated on the beach. Service was great. Dont expect 5 star luxury hotel, but it did serves its purpose. It was a relaxing place with lots of seating areas to lounge by the beach or the pool. The dining options were a bit limited, so I would keep that in mind. Overall, a great and inexpensive option on the beach.

This hotel is terrible, overpriced, dirty, bad service and the reception desk does not provide any information whatsoever. It’s certainly not what it looks in the pictures. Don’t book it. You’ll regret it.

it looks like the property is going thru a renovation, grass growing in the parking lots, it should have a lifeguard tower for guest safety. the property should implement a buffet style breakfast for quick service and selection of foods. No horses, or Motorbikes for rent were available, there should be more beach activities.

The property has potential. My favorite part was the outdoor layout of the pools and beachfront. There were plenty of gorgeous seashells on the beach. The waves were amazing n the water temp. was cool. However the hotel it self needs a massive makeover. Its very old and dingy looking. I also did not like that the facet water was not safe. It smells awful as well so wash your teeth with a bottle of water. I feel the stuff needs more training in hospitality.

This was a beautiful place to just relax and read a book with awesome guests.I just love the Country as the people are so friendly and helpful, the staff helped us try to speak Spanish and always were so helpful. Thank you so much for a great stay.

I stayed at Tesoro Beach Resort for two nights, and while the location and setting were nice, the service left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the front desk and restaurant staff were not friendly or welcoming during our stay. At check-in, there was no greeting or effort to make us feel welcomed. During our meals, the staff simply brought out the food without a smile, and no one asked if we needed anything else. Hospitality makes a big difference in a guest’s experience, and I expected more from a resort setting. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and focuses on improving guest service in the future.
