Decent hotel in beautiful city

Lovely hotel and very friendly & helpful staff. I ate here both nights - first night a la carte, second the set menu. The a la carte food is fantastic but the set menu was just average. Room a decent size, though bathroom could do with an update. Bit noisy from corridor, but overall a good hotel in a fantastic and much overlooked city.

Personal muy amable, solucionaron un problema de conexión (débil) en mi habitación. El desayuno tan como leí es un poco justo pero totalmente aceptable con huevos, baicon, etc y un surtido muy bueno de dulces.

3 días en familia en el hotel Torremangana

La chica del check in fue seca. Se hubiera apreciado una sonrisa o un poco más de amabilidad nada más llegar de un viaje largo. Vinimos en coche y no lo pudimos dejar en el garaje. Se nos dijo que teníamos que haber reservado la plaza. Tuvimos que ir al Leroy Merlín para cargar el coche con los niños y aparcarlo en la calle - por suerte había bastante hueco. Nada más llegar la bañera estaba sucia, tenía arena, marcas de lejía mal limpiada y la alcachofa llena de cal, con lo que el agua salía como un aspersor muy fuerte y lo tuve limpiar yo después de que viniera la chica a limpiarlo express. La caja fuerte estaba cerrada con lo que tuvimos que llamar para que lo abrieran porque si no se ponía a pitar. Cosas extra: se apreciaría tener un reloj y una caja de kleenex en lugar de la cajita con el pack de pañuelos metidos (50 pasos para sacar un pañuelo) para mayor comodidad, y un cepillo de dientes. Las camas son muy cómodas, las sabanas eran suaves y el aire funcionaba divinamente. El buffet del desayuno normalito, y el restaurante fenomenal. Nos atendieron siempre súper bien y la comida estaba mejor de lo que esperábamos. El cargador que hay en el garaje para coche eléctrico solo funcionaba cada x tiempo. Se apagaba solo después de unos minutos así que fue bastante incómodo depender de él.
