Enjoyed the quaint hotel and its location in the old town area. It's rather difficult to park far away and drag your suitcases to the hotel. No cars are allowed near the hotel. The room was fine, and the lady at the check-in was helpful.

There is a sink, but it its leaking There is a faucet, but it drips There is a toilet, but it creaks because it's loose There is a shower, but it's height can't be adjusted There is a bathtub, but it has no shower curtain There is a tv, but it turned on in the middle of the night There is a remote for the TV, but the power button doesn't work There is an aircon, but it turns on and off very noisely There is a carpet, but it's heavily stained There is coffee, but it's instant There are pillows in the bed, but they are very thin There is a bathroom door, but it binds There is a door handle, buts it's loose There is a bed, and it's actually alright The service is OK, and the location couldn't be much better. Some rooms lack a view, but are also priced accordingly.

This hotels pictures over sell the property. I had a premium double room which turned out to be very small. It was hot with ineffective air con, cramped with minimal storage and no windows in the bathroom or toilet. Very central location but annecy is so small its uneccessary to be that central. The 2nd nights staff offered to move us but the other rooms were barely any different. From what i can tell the developers have put too many rooms in one building. Nice staff but cant reccommemd the hotel.

Nice little hotel. We find the building quickly after parking about a 5-min walk away. Small elevator, tight hallways, and a small but nice room. Right by the river and very close to the shopping area and restaurants. Some parts of the room seemed a bit rough around the edges but nicely decorated and good amenities.

A very nice little typical medieval French hotel in 5 stocks with pretty small rooms but still charming and an excellent situation centrally in the old town of beautiful Annecy. Absolutely recommended to people who will explore the old city. 10-15 restaurants in the nearest neighborhood.

The room even at the lowest price was still very small. The elevator was extremely small. There is no main lobby area or sitting area for hanging out. The location is excellent. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean. They turned the air conditioning on on request otherwise it would have been a very warm room.

Annecy is beautiful and this hotel was right in the centre of the old town. Directions for parking were good and we got a discount from the hotel. It’s a 5 minute walk so would be difficult with lots/large bags. The room was small but met our needs and was clean and bright, bath and shower plus separate toilet in en suite. We felt very safe even though hotel is entrance is on a pedestrian street and surrounded by numerous restaurants. Staff were very efficient and spoke excellent English

The hotel was in the centre of Annecy. Elevator always occupied, stairway old and dirty. Smelly hallways and old bathrooms. Very tiny rooms. Tjeck in/out host always on phone. Breakfast room was clean, tidy and breakfast was very good.
