Amazing quality/price

Amazing service, beautiful reception. Room we stayed in was a little bit dated but very large and comfortable with very nice shower room. Location is excellent , only a few steps from Bus, tram, metro, train from Perrache train station. Good selection of brasseries around for food and drink. Staff very friendly and welcome. Definitely recommend , very good for quality and price.

Practical and central

Hotel was mostly clean. First room I got had an issue but they helped me change rooms right away. Location is central but it can be rowdy on the streets at night so if you need absolute silence you will need earplugs (didn’t bother me). Usually gets quiet by 11:30pm max though. Would stay again! Thank you to the staff.

Really convenient base for a short stay. Comfortable, clean and even though it's 2 minutes from a main station quiet. Transportation super easy by metro or by foot- 20 minutes walk to the old town.

Nice room with a cute view and good proximity to Lyon attractions. Hotel located right across from a homeless camp which was not ideal. Customer service was not great and they were not understanding about wanting some kind compensation for the wifi being down my entire stay which was surprising to me for a hotel. Wouldn't choose come back.

Cons: Staff was rude, rooms were dirty (housekeeping only made the bed, did not clean the room), and rooms were not very soundproof (you could hear the people in the next room). Pros: The location was awesome, close to restaurants and bars. Within in walking distance of lots to see as well as the metro is right there. We felt safe in the area. In the rooms, there was a towel heating rack, which was awesome for drying clothes. All in all, would not stay here again.

When searching for hotel room I always make sure they have air conditioning. This one was listed as having AC but apparently they turn it off completely in the fall/winter months but it was nearly 70F and they put us on the top floor which made it even warmer. We resorted to leaving the windows open but then mosquitos got in and I got bit numerous times. Found other bugs in the room as well. Would not recommend, at least not in the cooler months.

This hotel was recently renovated about 5 years ago and the interior is modern and more importantly clean with good upkeep. They have a breakfast and need 24 hour notice. The staff was very helpful except for the blonde girl. She was cold to us. Did not give us helpful answers to my questions--she clearly didn't want to help us. She was charming on the phone but cold to us--true colors revealed. Other than that, you should definitely consider staying here. No other detractions.

お部屋はとても清潔で快適でした。チェックイン時部屋にケトルがありませんでしたが、すぐに準備してくれました。バスルームにはタオルウォーマーがついており、洗濯したものがすぐ乾いて良かったです。早朝に着いたのですが荷物をすぐに預かってくれ、駅からも近く大変便利です。次にリヨンを訪れる際はまた利用したいと思います。

Det hjelper lite at det er nyoppusset og aircondition virker når du ikke får annet enn pappkrus på et oppgradert rom, og vinglass er forbudt på rommet, og du ikke får nye kaffemaskinkapsler når du sover mere enn én natt. Jeg kunne kjøpe kaplser for 1€ stykke! Dette kaller jeg idioti mht sparing på driftskostnader for et slikt hotell.
