The hotel was in a great location and was easy to get anywhere in Lyon. It was a traditional hotel that was extremely beautiful. It also had a pool that was totally unexpected for me. I never expected a pool in a downtown Lyon hotel.

This hotel was in a great location and we particularly liked how helpful the front desk staff were. Always available to answer a question, or offer a dining recommendation. The lobby/bar was a great area to sit after a day of sightseeing and we took advantage of the breakfast 2 of our 3 mornings. Lots of choices. We would definitely stay here again.

Not a 4 star hotel at all. Do not stay here.

Property is not remotely similar to what’s listed. The pool had the heat cranked up, and there is no AC. Having a unit on the wall that doesn’t work does not count as having it. There’s weird posters in the hall about being on the site of beheadings, murder, and pigs eating human remains. If you’re into that great, but it was creepy. This is not a 4 star hotel, a 2 star at best.
