We had a family suite on the 7th floor, overlooking the cathedral and volcano - absolutely incredible view! Rooms got a bit warm during the day owing to the large windows, but the two air-con units took care of that. Very helpful and responsive staff, and a very safe and beautiful hotel very close to the heart of the Centro Historico.

Wonderful centuries old private home remoldoled into hotel. The building with dome whinding staircases and maravillous high ceilings was spectacular. The staff gave magnificent service. Unfortunately we were only there for 2 days.

Listing says bar and coffee shop. There were neither. Listing also says rooms are soundproof and that is 100% false. Nightclub a couple of doors down was so loud I could hear every word of the songs. Other times of day I heard people in rooms around me walking, talking and the plumbing from other rooms too
