Great three night getaway with my girlfriend. We were in the 5th floor and what a view. Absolutely beautiful. Always stay down the boardwalk more and wanted to try something different. Great location and we will definitely be back. Had everything we needed.

Very spacious room with a beautiful view. Unfortunately it was cold out, but we still enjoyed our stay. It was nice that we were at the end of the boardwalk.

Wonderful hotel at the North end of the boardwalk, kitchenette, beautiful private balcony overlooking the ocean, room has everything we needed, very clean and convenient, walkable to everything!

It was a good stay. Only thing that was bad was the teens to young aldits hanging at the end of the boardwalk setting off fireworks near the hotel at 230am. They garhering was really loud.

Perfect weekend!

This was our first time at this hotel, but definitely not our last! The staff was friendly and quick to respond to any request. The hotel was quiet and clean and the view was excellent. It’s exactly what we wanted.

We love staying at Dunes and we will again in September 2025 and back next year. Only thing was the AC unit in our room needs to be replaced or repaired. It was too warm and humid in our room. Otherwise, our favorite place to stay when we go to OC twice a year!

Nice budget stay. I recommend.

I've stayed here before, and it's always a good experience. Clean, large room with enough space for a bunch of bikes lol. The outside elevator is nice because you don't have to enter a lobby, etc tog et to your room. I also like that it's right next to the north end of the boardwalk. It's much more peaceful, yet still close, especially if you plan on taking a bike down to the busier areas with shops, food etc. I'm sure I'll be back again 👍.

Great check in, 5 minute process with friendly employees. We have stayed here before, but we got the best room in the hotel. Top floor on the corner unit. I asked for a high up room to enjoy the great view when we booked, and mentioned we had stayed here before and loved the view. And was very happy hat they set us up in this unit. Bathroom is pretty tight but we made it work. It’s all about that beautiful direct oceanfront view! Located at the end of the boardwalk. Close to tons of places. I would definitely recommend Dunes suites oceanfront

The suites were super clean and comfy. The kitchen area is decently stocked with dishes etc, but there is only 2 very small burners so if you're planning to cook full meals or anything it might not be the best for you. The beds were very comfy as well and NOTHING beats waking up directly in front of the ocean!! Also, the staff is AMAZING!! Those young ladies need a raise and some serious recognition!!

The hotel was ok. The TV was very hard to use, channels were hard navigate. The deadbolt on the door did not work. It was a little worn down but clean. Staff was was very friendly and accommodated out late check out request.
