I am so glad I booked this hotel! The aesthetic is amazing, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, the salt water pool is heavenly, the breakfast is fantastic, and the staff is loving and friendly. Lunch and dinner options are great too and fresh smoothies from the bar were a treat! You will not be disappointed.

Very unique rooms. They are very concerned about outside food or drink; i biked all morning and til about 2pm came back to change to go to beach, i had a water bottle from outside with me and was gicen a funny look and quickly asked if i wanted a drink with a nod at the water bottle. I explained i was heading to the beach as soon as my friend was done changing. I cant believe no outside food also includes water. They dont even leave you a cup in rooms.

Alles gut geklappt, Personal sehr freundlich, Betten bequem, Fruestueck gut. Enttäuschend war lediglich die Tatsache, dass die gewünschte Ruhe durch das ständig laute Telefonieren einer Person gestoert wurde, die vom Personal gar NICHT darauf angesprochen wurde. Das Hotelleben spielt sich um den Pool ab, genau wie die lauten Telefongespräche der genannten Person.

En general es un lugar muy bonito pero no me gustó mucho que no especificaran que el baño privado no está dentro de la habitación. Las habitaciones son bonitas y tienen todo para pasarla bien pero falta aislar el ruido ya que al estar cerca de la alberca se escucha todo.

ce n'est pas des chambres mais des cabines (ou cachot amélioré !), environ 5m2. Les photos ne montrent pas la réalité des chambres et du site les toilettes et douches sont communes et ça, ce n'est pas mentionné dans Hotels.com Les odeurs de produit anti-moustique sont insupportables, nous avons dû changer de chambre, mais c'était à peine mieux !!!

Ok aber zu Teuer für das was es ist

Das Sansa Boutique Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Puerto Vero, die Stadt ist aber in 20 bis 30 Minuten zu Fuß oder 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Nahegelegen ist der Strand Playa Negra. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend mit Stauraum und einem gemütlichen Bett. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer ist ein Problem: Entweder man stellt die Klimaanlage hoch und es wird zu kalt, oder man lebt mit der Feuchtigkeit. Ein normales Bettlaken anstelle des dünnen Bezugs wäre hilfreich. Der Smart-TV ist von schlechter Qualität und hängt ständig, das WLAN hingegen ist gut. Die Reinigung ist im Hintergrund erledigt, aber die Gemeinschaftsduschen könnten eine intensive Reinigung vertragen. Ablagen und Haken fehlen ebenfalls. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl, jedoch fallen für Spiegeleier oder Omelettes Zusatzkosten an, die nicht im Voraus kommuniziert werden. Mehr Transparenz ist hier nötig. Das Hotel erlaubt keine externen Getränke, was bei den hohen Preisen im Restaurant und an der Bar unattraktiv ist. Ein Ceviche kostete 14 $ zuzüglich Steuern und Servicegebühren und war eine sehr kleine Portion. Getränke wie Smoothies sind oft mit Wasser oder Eis gestreckt. Der Pool ist sauber, jedoch gibt es keinen zweiten Pool wie beschrieben, nur ein kleines Becken mit Wasserdüsen. Der Service ist manchmal chaotisch. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber für den Preis würde ich es nicht noch einmal buchen, ohne dass an einigen Punkten nachgebessert oder der Preis angepasst wird.

Best hotel in Costa Rica!

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our Costa Rica trip. We were supposed to stay two nights, ended up staying 5 nights. We had a room with shared bathroom, which were very clean and nice. The pool and food is also super nice. You can rent bikes and scooters and there is also a tuktuk to take you to the beach or wherever. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is only 1 year old so it’s overall very modern and new-looking. The owner also checked in with us and told us the story about his special hotel. We are definitely coming back to this magical place. Thank you!

Fuimos un grupo de 4 parejas ,podemos expresar q nuestra experiencia fue satisfactoria ,limpieza,atención ,servicio y demás fueron excelentes ,ocurrió algo a la salida en el desayuno había una extranjera q se enojó porque ella estaba trabajndo o estudiando en el comedor y no le gusto que el grupo conversara lo q considero mal ,ella podría haber buscado otro lugar donde trabajar o estudiar en otros lugares incluso la habitación. Al final se fue del hotel dejando un comentario el cual me parece injusto para el hotel
