Great location, friendly and caring staff. Bed and pillows were a bit firm, but the hotel is a comfortable place to stay while exploring Ravenna. Good breakfast, too! I’d stay here again, for sure.

It was a very clean and friendly hotel. The surrounding area was very quaint and felt incredibly safe. Ravenna in general is a very nice and slow paced area. We were only there 1 night but we wound definitely consider staying again for a longer period of time.

The decor was a little dated but everything else was great. Excellent walking distance to the UNESCO sites. Our tour was easy to arrange. Restaurants were easy access and the food was great. The outdoor space was very inviting in the square. Lots of activity and friendly staff. Maybe not a 5 star hotel but it more than met our needs.

We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Loved this property. Was convenient for us to shop and dine in Ravenna and walkable to the train station! The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor garden area for sitting with a drink at night. I had a travel party of grandmother/mom/grandson and we all loved the experience! Would highly recommend.

Stayed for one night prior to boarding a cruise ship. Comfortable hotel, well positioned near the centre of town with easily walkable access to numerous bars and restaurants. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms were spacious. Would stay here again if we were to book another cruise departing from Ravenna.

Het verblijf was op zich prima. Fijn bed en fijne kussens. De badkamer was een beetje verouderd. Wel schoon, maar de douchecabine was een uitdaging, zeker voor mijn man van 1.90. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en meedenkend.

Hotellet bør se på andre hoteller omkring kvalitet af morgenmaden. Morgenmaden lever slet ikke op til 4 stjernet hotel, hvad angår kvalitet. Hvor er friskbagt brød, hvem gider spise toastbrød og små brød taget ud fra en stor pakke, når man kan få lækkert brød og friske croissanter hos bageren. Det eneste gode ved morgenmaden var den store skål med frisk frugt.
