We were upgraded to the radisson blu in Belfast as the park inn has not reopend since covid. Upon arrival we couldn't check in as room wasnt ready..we arrived at 3.10 check in opens at 3....we had too leave the hotel as wee had a reservation too eat before we went to a concert so they took the bags too out room when it was ready and we collected keys when we returned at 1.30am. Beds were comfy but room itself is in need of a revamp. Shower screen didnt fit bath properly so the floor got soaked...the tiles are so old they looked dirty...the toilets in reception are in need of a deep clean as are the wash basins and the soap dispensers are filthy. The staff however are very pleasant and the breakfast was very good. However i would only use the hotel again as a last resort..

Very dirty room.

I arrived quite tired and the next morning I noticed how dirty the carpet was, there was some splash stains all over the wall. I informed the desk when I checked out. I also canceled my return stay and found other more suitable accommodations.

Geocaching in Belfast

We visited Belfast for the history and for the geocaches. This hotel was easy to get to and the service was very good. Breakfast was worth the price.

Booked the park inn very last minute, was a great central location & staff were efficient & helpful , no parking at hotel , parked at raddison blu at gasworks which was free & 10 minute walk away, but heating wasn’t working in our room when we arrived, told reception as we were leaving to go out for evening, said they wld get someone to look at it , in fairness they did but think it was a bigger problem & more than just our room affected. They did bring us a heater & extra duvet !!

Helpful Staff

The hotel was in a great location and the room was exactly what we needed. The best thing about the hotel was the staff, at both check-in and check out the staff could not have been more helpful, despite being busy in dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone. Housekeeping were also very friendly. Was a really enjoyable stay and will defintely be staying again when next in Belfast.
