We had a good time at this Hotel! It had everything we needed and the city center is reachable only a few minutes by foot. We went there for the christmas market which was also very close, as well as the train station. The breakfast was excellent! We really appreciated the clearly marked vegan options. Elevator was one of the highlights of this Hotel. We will surely come back!

Beautiful hotel, great stay.

Historic feel with modern updates. Bathroom had a power outlet. Room was large and comfortable with tea/coffee and extra blankets in the room, slippers and robes. The breakfast room is gorgeous with made to order eggs in addition to the buffet. Only steps from the train station and old city shopping and across the street from the start of the Christmas market.

Our stay was very good with only one problem as the aircon wasn’t working during our stay. However I would definitely book here again. Staff friendly (limited English). Great location near the station, has convenient parking if renting a car and can drive to the Dolomites hikes in an hour or two. This hotel is well worth a detour. The successful Beaux-Art style gives a nice and cozy feeling down to the smallest detail. The service and breakfast are also of the highest level. The only problem was finding the hotel parking lot as the GPS gave the wrong information.

This is a fantastic hotel - a real oasis after a long day of travel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is refreshing. And the steam room in the bathroom was such a nice surprise. I wish I was staying here for longer. I would come back simply to stay here again.
